As input for this process the joint town meetings for Low Energy Nuclear Physics and Nuclear Astrophysics was held August 21-23 at Texas A&M. We thank the Low Energy Community Meeting organizing committee for their willingness to forgo their meeting in favor of our two Town Meetings.

Talks presented at the meeting are linked in the program. The following resolutions were approved by unanimous consent: Resolutions.

Working group organizers solicited input and collected material for the whitepapers. See the links on the working group page and on the program link for details.

Drafts of the full Town Meeting whitepapers are available. Part I is the Nuclear Astrophysics Town Meeting section and Part II is the Low Energy Nuclear Physics section. If you have comments please send them to the appropriate convener (Hendrik Schatz and Michael Wiescher for Part I, Charlotte Elster and Mark Riley for Part II) by January 26th.
